Faith Aerobics...

We’re all familiar with
aerobics for the body right
but how about faith aerobics
are you out of prayer-shape?

Our spiritual muscles need
just as much exercise

If we try a daily workout of prayer
slowly the extra pounds of
worry, stress, and pain
will drop off and our
spiritual muscles will grow stronger

When our heart is filled with faith
we’ll have the strength to face
whatever life brings our way
