Life is full of emotions
and many events
some we remember
others we’d rather forget
But there’s one thing
that brings sunshine to our soul
it completes us
and makes us whole
It expresses the words
that we dare not speak
and echoes the voices
otherwise too weak
This beautiful thing I speak of
is always there
hidden in the heart
ready to be shared
It’s LOVE that remains
and never leaves
burned forever
in our memories
