How many of you have prayed for God to send you the perfect person? You keep praying but you only meet people that break your heart. God has a plan for you; He knows where you are and where you want to go. However, sometimes we have to go through obstacles before we can get to what He has waiting for us on the other side.
God knows where this person is. They are waiting on that other side, they aren’t perfect but they are perfect for you. They’ve been through some things too and aren’t ready for you. God doesn’t want us to meet them right now because we aren’t ready either. We’ll just run each other away because we can’t appreciate ‘up’ until we’ve really been ‘down’.
So when you get your heart broke you have to keep going. When you meet the person God has for you 2, 3, or 4 years from now, you will look back at the people who have broken your heart and say thank you. You will thank them because they have taught you to know the difference between a heart that's broken and a heart that's in love.
So don’t stop…have faith…keep walking…even if it gets hard. When we pray for something…we have to be willing to go through some obstacles first…so how bad do you want it?
