How do we walk away from love
and take the road of friend
it’s definitely not easy
to accept some things must end

Letting go is hard
inside we know we must
our mind wants to stay
but our hearts we must trust

Happiness will find us again
someday our soulmate we’ll find
we all have one
even if for now only in our minds

God has a bigger plan
that He wants to give
until then remember life is love
and love is to live
