When we choose to love someone
we are loving them with no guarantee
we’re giving a part of our self
a side of us that no one else sees
We do this knowing
that love is an act of faith
but if it is just you loving them
true love it doesn’t make
Because whoever is of little faith
is also of little love
and being with someone like this
just isn’t enough
